I had the pleasure of working with COMFORT FOOD LA on this creative Sherman Oaks commercial space. The property is located in a highly desired and trafficked location on Ventura Boulevard. in Sherman Oaks. Situated near several schools, high-end homes, restaurants, retail stores, and more. Making it the perfect location for this business. The total space is about 3,000 square feet with tons of street exposure and high ceilings. My clients, at COMFORT FOOD LA, provide catering services as well as cooking classes for adults and children. When we originally met to discuss locations about two years ago, the business was in the very beginning stages of development. I worked with the clients to find them the perfect space, within their budget, that would appeal to their customer base, as well as suit them in terms of city permits and allowances. I negotiated a great rate and worked with them to close the deal on this location and I am excited to announce that they are now open for business.
